Refund policy
If for some reason you're unhappy with your purchase, please don't hesitate to contact us below or on hello@zayaandkai.com as soon as possible and we'll be right there to assist with whatever issue there might be.
Making a return/exchanging an item
We offer our community a 7 day no hustle return which means you have 7 days to return your item, no questions asked. All items must be in their original condition and unused in order for the return to be accepted.
If there's something wrong, just make a request to hello@zayaandkai.com within 7 days of receiving your item and we will send you our return address with further important information.
Return process
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
You must post the item to our return address within 10 days of receiving it. You are eligible for a refund if we receive your item unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Contact us anytime at hello@zayaandkai.com and we'll help you the best we can.
Any item not in it's original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error are not to be refunded.
Any item that the customer ship more than 10 days after receiving the item are not eligible for refund.
Getting a refund
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and refunded within 10 business days.
Missing refund
Please allow up to 14 days for the money to come back into you account. If you haven’t yet received a refund, check your bank account again. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, please note that sales items and gift cards are a final purchase and will not be refunded.
Shipping
If returning your item, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs.
If you are shipping an item over AU$65, we recommend considering using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We don't take responsibility for return shipping costs.
